The purchase and registration areas of our site (OnLine Shop) are secure. This means that any information you send us is protected by encryption to prevent unauthorized access to your information. The secure site is indicated in the URL with the use of "https://", and often reflected at the bottom of your browser with a lock or key graphic.

Any links to external web sites may be developed by people over whom Truck Décor Llc exercises no control. These other sites may place their own cookies on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information.
Truck Décor Llc may present links in a format that enables us to understand whether they have been followed. We use this information to understand and improve the quality of our products and web site. For instance, this data helps us determine how popular a product is and if there is anything we can do to improve on it.

Returns
Returns must be made WITHIN 30 DAYS of purchase and
should be accompanied by a copy of your packing slip or receipt. To expedite
processing, please include a completed copy of our Return Form inside the box.
Original tags and packaging must be intact. We cannot
accept returns on items if the tags have been removed.
We cannot accept returns if the product(s) are damaged or
mistreated due to improper packaging. If your item was shipped in a box, please
pack it in a box (and not an envelope) for returns. If the item(s) arrive
crushed, bent, or have been destroyed in any way we cannot issue proper credit.
Please package the items with care to ensure safe delivery back to us.
Your returned item must reach us in the original
condition in which it was shipped. All product(s) must be free from any wear or
tear, stains or odors. If the product(s) have been laundered or used, we cannot
accept a return. We recommend that you take extra care when trying out an item.
We want to give you a FULL credit for the item you are
returning, but for quality control purposes, any returned items will be
inspected carefully before we issue credits. This policy insures that all
customers will receive a clean, unused, perfect item with every order they
place.
Any item that does not meet the above guidelines will be
returned to you at your expense. Please do not send back items that you have had
for over 30 days or items you have used or worn.
We offer no hassle refunds on the purchase price of any
item, as long as the above guidelines are followed. You may also exchange the
returned product for other merchandise.
We do not charge any restocking fees if the merchandise
you are returning (total of all items returned) is UNDER $100.
If the total of your returned merchandise exceeds $100 in
value, there will be a 10% restocking fee. For example, if you return $99 worth
of merchandise, you will NOT be charged a restocking fee. If you return $150
worth of merchandise, your restocking fee will be $15 (10% of the purchase
price). This policy allows us to offer the best prices on our merchandise.
Excessive returns are costly for us to process.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Some closeout items or sale items are not refundable.

Ordering Information
Credit Card Orders: You can place orders via credit card with our online secure shopping system. Simply browse to the item you would like, select the quantity and color, click add to cart. When you are ready to check out, go to the View Cart link and follow the checkout procedure.
Security is important to us. We have carefully selected a nationally recognized secure server, offering only state of the art technology, to safely transmit your order. Encrypted technology has allowed us to offer on-line ordering without a single security issue. If you still feel uncomfortable submitting your order on-line and would like to pay by credit card we offer the following options:
1. Print out our printable order form and mail us the information.
2. Print out our printable order form, fill it out, and fax the information to us. Our fax number is: 1.801.569.1517.
3. Fill out our printable order form with your product selections, and call us at 1.801.256.3350 to place your order by phone.
Ordering by Money Order:

Please not that we cannot bill you for merchandise. Your order will not be shipped until payment is received and the authenticity of your money order can be verified.
Personal Check Orders:
If you would like to pay by personal check, please keep in mind that we cannot ship out your order until your check clears our bank. If you are in a hurry, we strongly recommend that you send a money order or pay by credit card. Shipping Information
We acknowledge your need to receive our products quickly. In most cases, your order will be shipped the following business day after we receive it. Our standard shipping includes postage by priority mail. You should allow approximately 3 transit days for postal service. Therefore, you can expect to receive most orders within 5 business days. Please keep in mind that this is a general guideline, and the orders may arrive sooner or they may take longer.
Note: If your order contains items that are temporarily out of stock, your order will take longer. In these cases, your order will automatically be held until the complete order can be shipped. If you would like a partial shipment sent right away (in case of back ordered items) please specify this in the comments section of the order form. This will ensure the quickest delivery. Please note that we must charge a separate shipping fee for each shipment.
We are now offering Overnight Service on our products. Please keep in mind that this does not always mean that you will receive the order tomorrow. Please allow one additional business day for us to process your order. If you are located in a rural location (away from a major metropolitan area), the carriers will not always guarantee overnight service. In addition, the carriers do not operate on weekends or Federal Holidays, so please keep this in mind when considering shipping time. In general, you can expect to receive your overnight order within 1-3 business days.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii:
When the standard or ground shipping charges are selected, the shipment costs will be the same as our shipping charges for continental US shipments (see shipping chart, above). 2nd day air or overnight shipping via Federal Express or UPS will be significantly higher than our prices for those services within the continental US. If you must have an item sent overnight or 2 day air, please inquire about shipment charges.
Shipments to Canada:
Below are sample shipping charges to Canada. Actual charges will depend on package weight and will be manually adjusted at the time of shipment. Please use the chart below to select your preferred shipping method.
